SATAN TAKES A HOLIDAY PREMIERES VIDEO FOR “LADDER TO CLIMB” THROUGH METAL NEXUS

Swedish Indie rockers SATAN TAKES A HOLIDAY have released the new video for “Ladder to Climb” and you can check it out over at Metal Nexus.

Ladder to Climb” comes from the trio’s fourth album, Aliens, which is out 24 February through Despotz Records. According to frontman Fred Burman, the song is “a suggestion to unconditionally and without ethical qualms surrender to every impulse and instinct. The notion is to swallow every pill, drink everything possible, scream  every word, fall into every hole and climb every ladder. Be completely alive.”

Aliens is essentially an album that deals with alienation, anxiety and powerlessness – feeling out of place in contemporary culture, in social contexts as well as in oneself – Aliens leaves you standing in the center of the present only to be asking: ’how the hell did this happen!?’

The video, shot in an elevator in Stockholm by Anders Carlborg (Kifven), is telling you to embrace the situation you are presented with and just go with it!

Ladder to Climb” can be purchased on iTunes.
